&lt;div&gt;To mount NTFS USB sticks under Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Click on Applications -&amp;gt; Accessories -&amp;gt; Terminal&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The device can be mounted in the normal way, i.e. by typing&lt;br /&gt;
  $ mount &amp;lt;dev-name&amp;gt; &amp;lt;mountpoint&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
where &amp;lt;dev-name&amp;gt; is the fully qualified device name of the USB stick and &amp;lt;mountpoint&amp;gt; is where you&#039;d like to mount the filesystem.  The device name will usually be something like /dev/sdb1 and the mountpoint can be any empty directory in your home directory.  To unmount the device, type&lt;br /&gt;
  $ /bin/fusermount -u &amp;lt;mountpoint&amp;gt;&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
