CSEE Personal Web Page
1. Login to your CSEE account.
2. cd /web/userpages/<your username>
5. The home page must be named index.html .
6. chmod o+r ~/www/index.html
7. All files in your www directory need to be "chmod o+r" for public viewing. All directories need to be "chmod o+x".
Your personal Web page is accessed by http://userpages.cs.umbc.edu/username/
