Current Architectures
CSEEIT supports Pentium IV and higher, running Linux and Solaris x86.
Recommended hardware effective 2012:
- Core i7
- RAM:
- 4 GB or more Desktop
- 8 GB or more Workstation
- 16 GB or more Server
- SATA hard disk
- SATA DVD+/-RW
- Graphics:
- Intel Ivy Bridge for Linux
- nVidia (atleast 512MB) for Solaris x86
Minimum useful hardware specification:
- Core2 Duo
- 2 GB RAM
- SATA hard disk
- SATA DVD +/-RW
- 256MB GPU card
All systems which need support from CSEEIT must be approved.
