Roundcube Folders

Roundcube has the ability to manage the folders your mail is stored into. After the March 2025 mail migration, its possible your mail folders have disappeared from the UI due to the change in their location on our systems. You can follow the enabling folders section below to re-enable them from the Roundcube UI. Note that the below video uses the "elastic" skin, but the process should be the same no matter what Roundcube skin you use.

1. Select the "Settings" gear icon.
2. Select "folders".
3. Flip the toggle on each of the folders you want to enable.
4. Go back to the main page and you will see the new folders there.
